We will begin with intention setting and then lean into a short session of breath work. You will then be immersed in the beautiful sounds of the crystal quartz and Tibetan prayer bowls to create a calming environment where you can tune out any distractions and simply focus on bringing peace and tranquillity into your whole being.
**Please bring a yoga mat and a pillow.
**Blankets will be available to borrow.
**A journal would be ideal for the intention setting portion of the class. ✨️
