About the event
Join like minded souls in honoring the Sun at it's brightest time during this Summer Solstice this Sound Bath gathering. The longest day will have just passed, and we gather to hold one big intention together: honor and restoration.
Mandy will guide you into connection with the sun and with your own inner light. As you settle in, you are invited to sit back or lie back and simply receive.
Jenny and Dan go all out, filling the space with layered sound from crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, rain stick, drums, and a full gong bath. Jenny loves to move through the space as you rest, so the sound reaches you from every direction. You do not have to do anything but breathe and let it hold you.
Held inside Betty, a beloved historic healing space in Historic Downtown Springfield.
