Saturday Night Sound Bath with Sally

Looking for something a little different to do on a Saturday night? You found it! I'm bringing my sound vibes to Springfield Saturday Night, June 15 at 7:30 p.m. There are 12 spots available for the Sound Bath to create an intimate space for your relaxing pleasure!

We will begin with intention setting and then lean into a short session of breath work. You will then be immersed in the beautiful sounds of the crystal quartz and Tibetan prayer bowls to create a calming environment where you can tune out any distractions and simply focus on bringing peace and tranquility into your whole being.

Tickets are $20.

Cash or Venmo at the door. Age is 16 and up.

Please bring a yoga mat and a pillow. We have blankets to borrow.

Healing Homes and Hearts is located in the Historic South Fountain District of Springfield. Parking is behind the Wellness Center. I am pleased to offer a sound bath in an intimate setting. See you Saturday night!
