This immersive experience begins with a gentle breathing technique guided by Mandy to help calm the nervous system and guide awareness inward. Through breathwork and presence, you will be invited to connect with the place within you where confidence, worthiness, and personal power naturally live. This is not power over, but power rooted in love, compassion, and embodied self trust.

From this grounded space, Jenny and Dan will guide you into an expansive sound journey using a wide range of instruments including drum, gong, bells, and other vibrational tools. The sound moves through the body like a living current, supporting relaxation, energetic balance, and emotional release.

This Sound infused experience unfolds inside Betty, a lovingly restored historic building located in the South Fountain Historic District of Springfield Ohio. The space itself offers warmth, grounding, and a quiet sense of being held, creating an ideal container for deep rest and inner reconnection.

This event is open to all. No prior experience with breathwork, or sound healing is needed. Whether you are seeking stress relief, nervous system regulation, emotional balance, or a deeper connection to your inner strength, you are welcome here. If you have questions please reach out.
