• Reiki-Infused Cacao Ceremony: We begin by sipping warm ceremonial cacao together. With a shared intention, Mandy will guide the group through a Reiki journey, infusing the cacao with healing energy and opening space for clarity, peace, and connection.

• Sound Bath: Allow yourself to fully surrender as Jenny immerses you in soothing layers of sound using crystal bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments that harmonize the mind and body.

• Integration & Reflection: Time to rest, journal, and ground into the healing energies of the evening.

• Yoga mat, blanket, or cushion to lie on, we have chairs and blankets to share.
