Come embark on a colorful journey with Catherine as she guides you through discovering your inner rainbow – The Chakras – and unlocking your creative potential.

If you're new to the concept of the energy wheels within us all, or if you're seeking a deeper understanding of your chakra system through art and expression, this is a wonderful chance to learn, share, create, and connect with other like-minded individuals.

During this event, you will be encouraged to tap into your artistic abilities and follow your intuition while painting the chakra that resonates with you the most. Catherine will begin this event by giving a brief introduction to the seven primary chakras. Including the name, function, signs of balance/imbalance and associated colors of each one.

Before diving into the painting portion of the event, Catherine will lead a short guided chakra clearing meditation to clear and energize your chakras to get those self-expression juices flowing!

**All necessary materials will be supplied, along with a personal canvas for you to take home and display as you wish. We hope to see you there!
