Rev. Mandy Carter Reiki Master Teacher as we explore our breath and Reiki aka Intuitive Life Force Energy.
October's theme is Grounded and Rooted. Embrace the cozy vibes of Autumn and foster a sense of grounding and belonging by connecting with the earth's energy.
We will explore together:
How are Breathwork and Reiki connected? What can we do as a practice to use our breath as tool for stress reduction and nervous system resetting?
Our breath is always with us. Learn how to harness it as a tool for stress relief .
