User Agreement

This Use Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for the temporary use of Studio 509, located within Healing Homes & Hearts at 509 S. Fountain Ave, Springfield, Ohio. By utilizing the space, the Renter ("User") agrees to abide by the following conditions.

General Use and Conduct

• Studio 509 is located within an active healing studio. User agrees to conduct themselves with discretion and respect, maintaining quiet entry and exit from the premises.

• Disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward other guests, practitioners, or the building environment will result in immediate termination of session access without refund.

• No smoking, vaping, or use of substances is permitted on the premises.

Equipment and Property

The studio is furnished with the following equipment:

• Zoom PodTrak P4 audio recorder

• 3 Samson Q2U dynamic microphones

• 3 Audio-Technica ATH-M20x headphones

• Boom microphone arms (desk-mounted)

• SD memory card for audio recording

• HDMI-compatible monitor (User must provide their own HDMI cable and device)

User acknowledges and agrees:

• All equipment shall remain in the studio at all times. Removal of any equipment is strictly prohibited.

• User is responsible for using the equipment appropriately and safely. No formal instruction will be provided beyond general guidance; users are expected to be self-directed.

• User shall immediately report any issues, damage, or equipment failures to Healing Homes & Hearts staff.

• User will be liable for the full replacement cost of any damaged, lost, or stolen items.

Facility Condition and Clean-Up

• User shall leave the studio in the same condition in which it was received.

• This includes:

  • Resetting chairs and furniture to original positions

  • Turning off or unplugging devices properly

  • Disposing of trash or personal items

  • Leaving all surfaces clean and free of food, debris, or spills

• Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee and/or loss of future rental privileges.

Liability and Indemnification

• User shall use the premises at their own risk. Healing Homes & Hearts is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by User or any of User’s guests or affiliates while on the premises.

• User shall indemnify and hold harmless Healing Homes & Hearts, its owners, and staff from any and all claims arising out of the User’s presence or use of Studio 509, including claims resulting from misuse of equipment or space.

Credit and Attribution

• Users are encouraged, though not required, to acknowledge the use of Studio 509 in any public or published audio/video materials (e.g., podcast episode descriptions, social media posts, credits).

• Suggested attribution:
  “Recorded at Studio 509, Springfield, Ohio.”

Termination and Refusal of Access

• Healing Homes & Hearts reserves the right to deny access to any individual or entity found to be in breach of this Agreement, or whose use of the space is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the environment or mission of the facility.

Acknowledgment

By proceeding with use of the studio, the User acknowledges:

• Receipt and review of this Agreement

• Understanding and acceptance of all terms and conditions

• Responsibility for their conduct and the conduct of any person accompanying them
