Reiki is a simple, natural approach to promoting healing by reducing stress. The word reiki consists of two Japanese — rei, meaning “universal,” and ki, referring to the intrinsic life force that flows through all living beings. Mandy will use her hands to channel this stunning energy from the divine source, power, spirit or the cosmos — whatever words you use to describe the indescribable — based on your specific spiritual path.
Reiki can enhance your immune system, calm you and accelerate your body’s natural healing ability. It is a safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that can assist anyone.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®)
You can achieve the deepest levels of hypnosis, known as the somnambulistic level of trance, with Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®). People typically experience this state two times a day — just before waking and just before falling asleep. Most hypnotists do not work at this level, according to the official QHHT® site, because they don’t have the ability or are concerned about working in a “most mysterious level of hypnosis.”

Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki I & II Class
The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete reiki treatment using all the hand positions, self-treatment, practice using all the Level II symbols, including distant healing, and practice using all the Japanese reiki techniques mentioned above.
Each student will receive a 192-page class manual and a certification of completion.

Spiritual Coaching
Spiritual coaching is a powerful and transformative process that helps individuals connect with their inner wisdom and inner guidance. During a spiritual coaching session, I will guide you through a variety of techniques and exercises to help you access your inner wisdom and intuition. This may include meditation, visualization, journaling, and other practices that help you tap into your inner guidance. We will also work together to identify and overcome any limiting beliefs, patterns, or obstacles that may be preventing you from living a more authentic and fulfilling life.
Chakra Balancing
Chakra balancing is a holistic approach to promoting healing and balance in the body, mind, and spirit. The word chakra is derived from the Sanskrit language and translates to "wheel" or "vortex." These seven energy centers, or chakras, are located throughout the body and are responsible for maintaining the flow of energy. When these energy centers become blocked or imbalanced, it can lead to physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.
During a Chakra Balancing session, I will use a combination of Reiki energy healing, crystals, and guided meditation to clear any blockages and balance the energy in each chakra. This will help to restore balance and promote overall well-being. This service is tailored to your specific needs and spiritual path to ensure the most effective healing experience. By aligning and balancing the chakras, you can experience greater health, peace, and harmony in all aspects of your life.
Home Clearing and Home Blessing
Our homes tend to take on the energy of our lives, so it’s crucial to clear this energy regularly. Our traumas, illnesses and even arguments can lead to our homes holding onto negativity. Mandy offers an intuitive assessment of your space and its needs, energy clearing and decluttering, smudging and other forms of energy cleansing — both for real estate transactions and energy maintenance in homes and workspaces.
Mandy has been a licensed Realtor since 2004 and is a member of The Mullins Group with Sibcy Cline Realtors, which Mandy’s wife, Amanda Mullins, anchors. If you’re planning to move, they would love to chat about how they can help. Clearing energy when buying or selling a home can assist in a seamless deal.
