Service Description

This service is specifically designed to assist individuals who are going through a spiritual awakening, feeling lost, or questioning their sense of purpose in this lifetime. As your spiritual coach, my goal is to guide you inward and help you connect with your inner self. I will use a variety of techniques to help you in this process, including meditation, crystals and open discussion. We will work together to find the best practices that resonate with you, and help you to find your own path to inner peace and understanding. I also offer Reiki as a complementary service in these sessions if you feel it would be appropriate for you. Reiki is a form of energy healing that can help balance and align your energy, and promote a sense of well-being in the body, mind, and spirit.
