Jenny and Dan return to Healing Homes & Hearts ! This evening begins with intention. You will be gently guided in setting your focus for the new year as we share ceremonial cacao together. Cacao is a heart opening plant ally that supports emotional balance, presence, and connection. It helps the body relax and the heart feel safe to open.
When a sound experience begins with cacao, many people feel additional layers of receiving. The nervous system settles more easily. The heart softens. The vibrations travel more deeply through the body. It becomes easier to rest, release, and receive calm on every level.
As the bowls, chimes and drums begin to sing, sound moves through the space and through you, helping to quiet the mind and restore balance within. This is a beautiful way to clear the old year and welcome the new with intention, softness, and peace. Reserve your spot as space is limited.
