The Pause You Deserve ; When was the last time you gave yourself permission to simply... pause?

Join us for a restorative sound bath created to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Through the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, you'll be guided into a space of deep relaxation where your mind can quiet and your body can truly rest.

There is nothing to achieve, nowhere to be, and nothing to fix. Just breathe, receive, and allow yourself the pause you deserve.

Mandy will guide you into connection with Imagery as Jenny and Dan lead you into a lovely Vibrational Journey. As you settle in, you are invited to sit back or lie back and simply receive.

Jenny and Dan go all out, filling the space with layered sound from crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, rain stick, drums, and a full gong bath.

Jenny loves to move through the space as you rest, so the sound reaches you from every direction. You do not have to do anything but breathe and let it hold you.
