Join us for a slow and supportive evening yoga class with Brittney Swan—a trauma-informed RN and 200-hour yoga teacher who brings her whole heart to the mat. This class is intentionally designed for beginners, returning students, and anyone craving deep rest, gentle movement, and a sense of belonging.

You’ll be guided through calming stretches, breathwork, and intentional pauses that help release tension and reconnect you with the present moment. Essential oils will be offered (totally optional) to enhance the experience of grounding and relaxation.

This class is more than just yoga—it’s a practice of radical self-acceptance. Brittney's path to healing began in hospital rooms, not yoga studios. After years of working as a travel nurse across the country, she saw firsthand how much more we need than medication—we need connection. Presence. Permission to just be.

Brittney’s classes are for the outsiders, the sensitive souls, the ones who’ve never felt “yoga enough.” This space is LGBTQ+ affirming, body-positive, and fiercely inclusive. You’re invited to show up exactly as you are—no flexibility, yoga pants, or perfection required.
