What Is Reiki.....Really?

Are you interested in understanding the essence of Reiki and how you can integrate it into your daily routine as an alternative healing method? Join us for the Community Reiki Healing Circle where we will explore two Reiki modalities as alternative healing techniques and unravel the misconception surrounding this practice often perceived as unconventional.

Mandy will talk about her experience as a Reiki Master Teacher in Usui/ Holy Fire Reiki, while Catherine will delve into her training as a Practical Reiki Master. Regardless of the Reiki modality you practice, the key driving force remains the same: intention.

Mandy and Catherine will also discuss:

-A brief history of how Reiki originated and the basis of sending/receiving Reiki

-What you may feel during a Reiki healing session such as, a deep sense of relaxation, sensations of warmth, cold, tingles, visions, or a release of stored emotions

-The positive benefits of Reiki healing and how you can use it in conjunction with your current self-care practices

-The unlimited uses/ways Reiki can be used for: self-healing, healing relationships, pets, clearing a room, healing others, chakra clearing

- The role of the Reiki Practitioner and the steps to learning, practicing and becoming a Reiki Master

-Experience a Reiki healing in a community atmosphere with other like-minded individuals

The evening will conclude with guests receiving Reiki healing from Mandy and Catherine in a safe space for fostering healing and connection with others. There will also be time to ask any questions at the end of the session.
