You are warmly invited to an evening of deep nourishment and gentle ceremony. Jenny and Dan return to Healing Homes and Hearts with a rich collection of instruments that create a soothing landscape of sound.

You will experience the resonance of gong, shamanic drum, hand pan, ocean drum, tingsha bells, chimes, and Tibetan bowls, along with a hand held throat chakra bowl that brings a calming clarity to the heart and mind. If you want , Tibetan bowls will be placed on the body to support grounding, energy release, and a sense of peaceful presence.

This ceremony features Vibrant Vitality Cacao, a heart centered plant medicine known for its ability to soften the edges of stress and open the door to connection.

This evening is designed to help you melt holiday stress, breathe fully again, and return to your inner steadiness. The blend of cacao, vibration, and mindful stillness creates a sanctuary where you can reconnect with joy and prepare for the season with a lighter spirit.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, Optional journal for reflections. We have cushions and blankets.
